RESERVATIONS
RESERVATIONS Use weeks run from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm, check-out time is 10:00 am. Your maintenance fees must be
current in order to make a reservation at Ke Nani Kai or to put in an exchange
request. As an owner at KNK, you may use any season on a
space availability basis. In addition, you can upgrade to a larger unit
at no charge on a space availability basis. If there is a particular
unit number you would like to reserve, please specify so when making your
reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your unit request.
CARRY-OVER OPTION Unique to KNK is our carry-over option. If
you prefer to skip your week in a given year, you can carry it over to the next year
(space availaiblity basis) to give yourself two weeks in
one year. However, you must use the carry-over week by 12/31 of the following
year. For example, if you do not use your 2003 week, it automatically gets carried
over into 2004. It must be used by
12/31/04.
RENTALS can be arranged with the Club Office. Rentals in all
seasons are available. Please contact the Club Office to check availability and
rates. Bonus time rentals are available at Ke Nani Kai and at any of our in-house
exchange affiliate resorts.
IN-HOUSE EXCHANGE SERVICES You can place a request one
year in advance or one day in advance. Try the Ke Nani Kai In-House
Exchange service first for all your exchange needs.
INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES If you plan to deposit your
week with II, you will need to reserve your week at KNK first as you will need to provide
II with a week number and a confirmation number before they will process your request.
