Ke Nani Kai Club may collect Owner and Guestâspecific data only as necessary to provide the Services ordered by Owners and Guests. No information provided by an Owner or Guest shall be disclosed, provided, rented or sold to any third party by Ke Nani Kai Club for any reason unless such disclosure is authorized by Owner or Guest, or required by law or regulation or by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction. Ke Nani Kai Club, subcontractors, partners, and third party service providers take all necessary and reasonable measures to ensure privacy. Ke Nani Kai Club agrees to notify Owners and/or Guests of any privacy related incidents as soon as possible after discovery and provide updates within 30 days of discovery.
